Project Overview:
Sommet Blanc sits next to the Montage and Empire Lodge at Deer Valley Ski Resort. Three seven-story concrete towers hold 47 luxury condominium units. The towers rise from a two-level underground parking structure with a full basement below it. We self-performed 30,000 cubic yards of cast-in-place concrete on this project.
